Nature of Services
Nature's Path Therapy provides behavioral-science-informed, educational, reflective, and personal-growth services.
Services are designed to support self-understanding, resilience, personal development, relationship exploration, family systems understanding, life transitions, and meaningful reflection.
Nature's Path Therapy does not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, medical care, psychological diagnosis, or licensed mental health treatment.
Participation in services does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Services should not be considered a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical treatment, emergency services, or crisis intervention.
Educational Purpose
All services, resources, workshops, written materials, curricula, workbooks, digital products, and website content are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Individuals remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, and implementation of any information provided through Nature's Path Therapy.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise approved through appropriate guardian consent procedures.
Nature's Path Therapy reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when doing so is determined to be appropriate, ethical, or outside the scope of services offered.
Virtual Services
Services are currently provided through virtual formats including telephone, video conferencing, digital resources, and electronic communication.
Reasonable efforts are made to protect privacy and maintain professional standards during virtual interactions.
Participants are responsible for maintaining a private environment and secure internet connection when engaging in virtual services.
Technology interruptions may occasionally occur. If technical difficulties prevent a session from continuing, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or reschedule.
Crisis & Emergency Services
Nature's Path Therapy does not provide emergency services or crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, thoughts of self-harm, thoughts of harming others, or require immediate assistance, contact emergency services, call 911, contact 988, or seek assistance from a qualified emergency provider.
Nature's Path Therapy should never be relied upon as an emergency response resource.
Intellectual Property & Curriculum Protection
All content developed by Nature's Path Therapy is protected intellectual property.

Professional, Educational & Organizational Use
Organizations, educators, facilitators, consultants, coaches, counselors, therapists, agencies, institutions, and businesses may not reproduce, adapt, teach, distribute, or implement Nature's Path Therapy materials without written authorization.
Separate licensing agreements may be available for approved professional or institutional use.
